Job summary

Service Core inc. is seeking a VAN DRIVER in Ohio for part-time evening shifts, with an on-call morning driver role as needed. The position requires safe operation of an agency van and reliable transportation for residents.

Hours include 8:00 PM–12:00 AM on weekdays, with additional on-call duties as required. Responsibilities include coordinating transportation with the supervisor, maintaining vehicle schedules and reports, and ensuring client safety during trips.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record.
• Ability to coordinate and carry out transportation needs.

Responsibilities

• Work with Transportation Supervisor to pre-plan and schedule transportation needs of Agency clients.
• Provide actual transportation with Agency van.
• Schedule can use for all components of Agency.
• Monitor and oversee behavior of Agency clients while under supervision.
• Develop schedule and maintain Agency vehicle maintenance and inspection program.
• Maintain daily vehicle usage reports and monthly usage reports.
• Other duties as may be assigned by Supervision.
• Complete On-site checks HOME & EMPLOYMENT (at least MONTHLY) (WEEKLY direct contact @ home and worksite).
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

OVERVIEW:

Responsible for providing safe, reliable and efficient transportation for residents. Part-Time

• Part-Time Evening Driver: Monday through Friday, 8:00 PM - 12:00 AM

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
• Frequently required to sit, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Must be able to lift and/or move 25 pounds.
