Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• No prior driving experience required.
• Ability to work with children birth through age six and families at risk.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, safety requirements, and procedures.
• Basic math and practical problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport children to and from Miracle Kids Success Academy and Kids Unlimited Learning Academy.
• Create a calm, welcoming experience for children during transportation.
• Communicate professionally with families, teachers, and clinic leadership.
• Follow routes, schedules, and safety procedures.
• Ensure children are accounted for when entering and exiting the vehicle.
• Conduct required vehicle safety checks and report issues promptly.

Miracle Kids Success Academy (MKSA) and Kids Unlimited Learning Academy (KULA) are seeking dependable, caring, and safety-minded Van Drivers to join our team.

This is more than a driving position. As a Van Driver, you will be one of the first friendly faces our children see in the morning and one of the last at the end of the day. Your reliability, patience, and positive attitude will help children travel safely and comfortably while giving families confidence that their children are in caring hands.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. No previous experience is required.

About MKSA and KULA

Miracle Kids Success Academy and Kids Unlimited Learning Academy provide Early Intervention Day Treatment services to children with developmental disabilities, developmental delays, and medical needs.

Our programs support children who may experience:

• Fine and gross motor delays


• Speech and language delays


• Sensory processing needs


• Feeding disorders


• Cognitive and developmental delays


• Hearing disorders


• Medical needs

Our multidisciplinary teams include teachers, teaching assistants, nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, psychologists, nutrition professionals, and audiology providers. Together, we work with children and their families to provide individualized, patient-centered care that promotes development, independence, and meaningful progress.

MKSA and KULA primarily serve children from birth through kindergarten, with opportunities to expand services to elementary school-aged children during the summer.

What You'll Do

• Safely transport children to and from the Academy.


• Create a calm, friendly, and welcoming experience for children during transportation.


• Communicate professionally with families, employees, and clinic leadership.


• Follow assigned routes, schedules, transportation procedures, and safety requirements.


• Help ensure children are properly accounted for when entering and exiting the vehicle.


• Conduct required vehicle and safety checks.


• Report delays, concerns, incidents, or vehicle issues promptly.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle environment.


• Protect the privacy and confidentiality of the children and families we serve.


• Represent MKSA and KULA with professionalism, patience, and care.

• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with databases, word-processing programs, spreadsheets, email, and internet-based software.


• Basic math and practical problem-solving skills.


• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.


• Valid driver's license and ability to meet applicable company driving requirements.
