Transco Rail Services is seeking a Valve Technician to provide construction, repair, and support for our valve products. The role offers on‑the‑job training and a path to learn a specialized trade within a large North American network.

You will disassemble and assemble fittings on tank cars, test and rebuild valves, and maintain a clean, safe work area while reporting hazards. A lifting requirement and safety screenings are part of the job.”

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders or work at height.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and a physical.
• Duties include disassembling and assembling fittings on tank cars; attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Disassembles and assembles fittings on tank cars.
• Test, rebuild and test valve to reveal defects.
• Maintain a neat, safe work area and report hazards.
