Job summary

Pioneer Industrial Corporation is seeking a skilled valve technician to service, disassemble, assemble, calibrate, and certify valves. The role entails following strict safety procedures, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with office staff to fulfill repair requirements.

The candidate should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work in hot/cold environments, and may travel to field sites. A forklift certificate and hands-on tool experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to learn our trade and operate hand and power tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to travel with a valid driving record.

Responsibilities

• Follow Pioneer Safety and Quality procedures and regulations.
• Operate equipment such as overhead hoists, sand blaster, parts washer, and torch.
• Disassemble valves per manufacturer manuals without damaging parts.
• Document job data and photos in ValvKeep database.
• Coordinate with office on repair requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assemble, calibrate, and certify valves per manuals.
• May assist in field assignments and travel to job sites.
