Job summary

MasterTech is seeking a Valve/Instrumentation Technician for traveling field service across client sites in the Springfield area. You will work with control valves, pressure relief valves, oil & gas, power, and fluid sealing applications to install, repair, and educate customers. Overnight travel is expected, with OT potential and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $30.00 per hour to start, with 401K and paid time off benefits available.

Qualifications

• Ability to repair, install independently, educate customers and service software.
• Efficient with steam traps, gas analyzers, temperature/pressure flow systems.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites for field service work.
• Repair and install valve/instrumentation equipment as needed.
• Educate customers on operation and maintenance.
• Support and service software related to instrumentation.

We have a new opening for a Valve/Instrumentation Technician in the Springfield, IL region. This position provides an opportunity for Traveling Field Service to client sites, working with Control Valves, Pressure Relief Valves, Oil & Gas, Power and Fluid Sealing applications.

Compensation:

Shift/Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, OT potential
