Job summary

MasterTech in Springfield, IL region seeks a Valve/Instrumentation Technician to support traveling field service to client sites. You will work with control valves, pressure relief valves, and oil & gas applications, providing on-site repairs and installations.

The role requires traveling overnight, interacting with customers, and educating them on equipment operation. A valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screening are required.

Qualifications

• Repair, install independently, educate customers and service software
• Efficient with steam traps, gas analyzers, temperature/pressure flow systems
• Valid Driver's License; pre-employment checks/screening

We have a new opening for a Valve/Instrumentation Technician in the Springfield, IL region. This position provides an opportunity for Traveling Field Service to client sites, working with Control Valves, Pressure Relief Valves, Oil & Gas, Power and Fluid Sealing applications.

Compensation:

• $20.00 - $30.00/hour to start.
• 401K Plan, Paid Time Off

Shift/Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, OT potential
• Overnight Travel to be expected

Requirements:

• Ability to repair, install independently, educate customers and service software
• Efficient with steam traps, gas analyzers, temperature/pressure flow systems
• Valid Drivers License, selected candidates will be subject to pre-employment checks/screening
