The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a dynamic, industrial environment. Expect occasional overtime and travel, with relocation support offered.

Passion for our mission and vision is required!Special Mentions - Relocation provided - Travel expected up to 10% of the time - Shifts available: C shift - Interviews will include a technical assessmentResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Conduct performance reviewsSupport recruiting efforts (conducting technical screens/participating in panel interviews)Responsible for establishing workstation assignments, employee training, overtime assignments and back-up for absent employeesMaintain and communicate work center schedule status to ensure meeting customer expectationsProvide first level escalation support to employees regarding HR issues (employee relations, worker’s compensation, disciplinary actions, timecards, PTO requests)Identifying Continuous Improvement opportunities and implementing change to improve process, reduce cycle and setup timesMaintain all work center programs.
