Job summary

McWane Plant & Industrial in Exeter, CA is seeking a skilled Machine Operator for the Valve Department. You will maintain valve inventory, process orders for shipment, and operate valve test machines, forklifts, cranes, and packaging equipment.

This role requires strict safety practices, willingness to cross-train, and the ability to read a tape measure and micrometer. You must print and complete work orders in D365 and be prepared for overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Must be able to obtain forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Operate valve test machines, forklifts, cranes and packaging equipment.
• Maintain valve inventory and process valve orders for shipment.
• Rework valves to meet customer requirements.
• Print/read/complete work orders in D365.
• Work overtime to meet customer and company demands.
