Job summary

Parker Hannifin is seeking a manufacturing associate to assemble valves in a dedicated work cell and contribute to quality and efficiency targets. The role emphasizes basic computer use, adherence to ISO procedures, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–3 months manufacturing/assembly experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble valves with instruction and supervision in a work cell.
• Meet productivity targets for assigned cells.
• Follow guidelines to ensure proper setup for assembly.
• Inspect and test each product produced to meet quality standards.
• Pack product for shipping.
• Follow safety and 5S guidelines; keep work area clean and organized.
• Understand ISO procedures and where documentation is kept.
• Share input in team improvement board and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
