Job summary

Danfoss in Easley, SC is seeking a 3rd shift Assembler to oversee the complete assembly process within a designated cell, from setup through final testing. The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime opportunities and a climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Basic math proficiency is expected.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs is required.
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes are necessary.
• TPM and SMED knowledge are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load and position valves into assembly fixtures with precision.
• Transport valves to designated workstations efficiently.
• Maintain production targets and notify supervisor of shortages.
• Interpret and follow engineering blueprints, work instructions, and test orders.
• Operate assembly and torque tools and inspect valves for conformance.
