Job summary

Marmon Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Valve Assembler to perform maintenance, assessment, repair and testing on a variety of industrial valves.

The role operates on a second shift and requires adherence to schematics, procedures and safety guidelines while ensuring accurate calibration and documentation of test results. Qualifications

• Repair and testing of various valves per spec.
• Disassembly, cleaning, inspection, measuring, reassembly and testing of valves.
• Follow schematics and documented procedures per Quality Control and ASME standards.

• Provide timely updates to management and customers to ensure completion.

The Valve assembler position performs maintenance, assessment, repair, and testing on various types of industrial valves.

Job Requirements

• Responsible for repair and testing of various valves, including but not limited to ball valves, gate valves, butterfly valves, safety relief valves, etc.
• Perform disassembly, cleaning, inspection, measuring, reassembly, and testing of valves.
• Follow all schematics and documented procedures in accordance with all Quality Control and ASME National Board standards that apply to the job.
• Thoroughly complete all calibration and documentation associated with testing and repairs.
• Communicate timely updates to management, co-workers, and customers to ensure timely and successful completion of job responsibilities.
• Works closely with co-workers, management, and safety manager to ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations.
