Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform value alignment with agency missions and objectives.
  • Build relationships across customer IT and business silos to understand, document, and share knowledge of their portfolio management, challenges, and projects.
  • Engage early in the customer decision-making process.
  • Lead adoption activities with key customers.
  • Manage account opportunity, engagement, and adoption information.
  • Manage and direct team members within assigned accounts.
  • Maintain understanding of the Agile Operations Divisions (AOD) capabilities and products.
  • Understand the ValueOps domain (both functional and technical aspects).
  • Stay informed about third-party solutions and tools related to the domain.
  • Perform demos and proof of value for PPM and Agile solutions.
  • Present solution and adoption roadmaps to customers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, R&D, Services, and Management to ensure solution synergy.
  • Work closely with other domain members to promote cross-learning and comprehensive account understanding.
  • Contribute to account marketing activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of related experience or Master’s degree with 10+ years in a technology or business discipline.
  • Experience working with Federal agencies and/or integrators.
  • Willingness to understand customer 'why'.
  • Skills to shift customer relationships to partnerships.
  • Strong background in PPM and Agile management solutions.
  • Understanding of Agile frameworks such as SAFe.
  • Ability to analyze customer business problems and articulate software solutions.
  • Experience interacting with business users to gather and document requirements.
  • Broad understanding of business and IT management.
  • Excellent presentation, demonstration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • US Government Secret clearance or above preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

Annual base salary: $103,000 - $164,000. Eligible for discretionary bonuses and equity awards. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(K) with company match, Employee Stock Purchase Program, Employee Assistance Program, paid holidays, sick leave, vacation, and adherence to applicable laws for leaves of absence.
