Job Details

Maintain a high level of visibility with associates through a hands-on approach to communication and problem solving. Promote safety and ensure a safe work environment and habits. Develop a high-performance team with high engagement, morale, satisfaction, and performance. Create and maintain a respectful work environment by listening, seeking facts, managing reactions, and addressing unacceptable behavior. Support associates' success through performance management, coaching, and development. Ensure product quality through standard work, training, and use of tools/data. Support and implement customer-focused processes based on lean principles, providing training and coaching for continuous improvement. Foster an environment where associates challenge processes and implement solutions. Communicate effectively with associates and other personnel regarding performance, policies, safety, and quality.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent
• 2-4 years of supervisory or lead experience in a logistics or similar operation
• Experience with continuous improvement, lean, and manufacturing systems is a plus
• Ability to motivate and work with people
