Crane Company in Burbank seeks a Value Stream Manager II/III responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by leading a cross-functional team. You will execute the Annual Operating Plan while focusing on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, and Growth.
The ideal candidate has experience in operations and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. You will drive performance, facilitate continuous improvement, and play a key role in achieving financial targets.

The Value Stream Manager II or III (VSM) is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by leading a cross‑functional team to execute the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory, and Growth. The VSM II is accountable for the long‑term financial performance of the Value Stream by aligning with business needs, driving growth, establishing a strategic vision for the future state, and implementing continuous improvement roadmaps.

VSM II: $126,825 - $166,773
VSM III: $149,300 - $194,200
Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications. Some roles may be eligible for participation in performance‑based bonus programs.
