Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing supervisory or management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop production teams.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production metrics.
• Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement experience.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and manufacturing safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Own safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and performance across the value stream.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and increase profitability.
• Monitor KPIs and communicate results to leadership.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain and HR.
• Help develop and sustain a strong Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program.
