The successful applicant will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related discipline preferred. Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience. Prior experience leading supervisors and managing production teams in a manufacturing environment. Aerospace or other highly regulated manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred. Demonstrated success implementing Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Proven ability to drive operational performance, improve efficiencies, and achieve business objectives.
