• 8-10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Proven success leading large manufacturing teams and driving operational improvements.
• Strong experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Experience managing engineers, technicians, supervisors, and production personnel.
• Strong leadership, coaching, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing manufacturing environment.

We are seeking an experienced Value Stream Manager to lead manufacturing operations at our Thomaston, CT facility. This is a direct placement with a salary $110 - 125K+

This highly visible leadership role is responsible for driving safety, operational performance, continuous improvement, employee development, and strategic growth initiatives across the manufacturing organization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or a related field
• 8-10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Proven success leading large manufacturing teams and driving operational improvements
• Strong experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in plastic injection molding and/or high-speed automated assembly environments
• Knowledge of injection molding tooling and polymer processes
• Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience; Mattec experience is a plus
• Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing certification/training
• Strong understanding of quality systems, ISO standards, and health & safety regulations
