Job summary

Amarr, a part of ASSA ABLOY, is seeking a Value Stream Manager to lead a manufacturing value stream, driving profitability, safety, quality and on-time delivery in a highly visible role.

You will champion Lean initiatives, develop high-performing teams, and oversee the value stream P&L above gross margin, while partnering with Supply Chain, Engineering and Quality to resolve issues and sustain continuous improvement. This position is onsite in Mocksville, NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven success managing P&L, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across productivity, cost reduction, safety, scrap reduction, and compliance.
• Monitor daily production goals and throughput, implementing corrective actions.
• Own the value stream’s P&L above gross margin and develop cost-reduction strategies.

In this highly visible role, you will ensure safe, efficient, and cost‐effective production while meeting customer expectations for quality and delivery. You will lead Lean initiatives, develop high‐performing teams, and oversee the value stream’s P&L performance above gross margin, ensuring alignment with plant and corporate goals.What You’ll DoOperational Leadership & Performance* Drive operational excellence across productivity, cost reduction, safety, scrap reduction, and compliance.* Monitor daily production goals and throughput, challenging trends and implementing corrective actions.* Ensure equipment calibration, preventative maintenance, and system functionality.
