Hydraulics International, Inc. (HII) seeks an Assembly Manager to own a value stream from released work orders to shipment.

This full-time role reports to the Director of Operations and supervises production staff across fabrication, machining, assembly and test where applicable. You will drive SQDIP discipline, improve safety, quality and delivery, and collaborate with Planning, Quality, EHS and Continuous Improvement to meet daily and 30/60/90 day targets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management or related field.
• 8+ years in discrete manufacturing with 4+ years supervising.
• Experience in aerospace/regulated, high-mix, low-volume environments.
• Hands-on Lean: value stream mapping, 6S, standard work, visual mgmt.
• ERP/MRP proficiency and strong Excel skills.
• Proven track record of on-time delivery and quality improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Own the value stream from released work order to shipment.
• Lead safety, quality, delivery, cost and people metrics.
• Run daily management system, including SQDIP boards and gemba walks.
• Manage schedule, WIP, bottlenecks and recovery plans.
• Collaborate with Planning, Material Control, Quality, EHS and CI.
