Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work orders/work pack instructions.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Must perform basic math calculations.
• Work in a clean environment on multiple production lines.
• Maintain teamwork and quality in a dynamic environment.
• Practice excellent personal hygiene daily.

Responsibilities

• Assemble process filtration products to match specifications.
• Safely operate production equipment.
• Run sonic welding equipment to join pleat packs and other products.
• Operate multiple thermal end-cap machines; troubleshoot as needed.
• Inspect work packs and labels for accuracy.
• Navigate ERP system for material allocations and inspections.
• Use hand and power tools for assembly.
• Perform measurements and basic math to verify lengths and diameters.
• Uphold safety and quality standards in daily tasks.
