BioSpace seeks a Senior Manager, Value Strategy & Marketing for UPLIZNA and Oncology assets in Thousand Oaks, CA. You will lead payer value strategy development, reconciling clinical and economic evidence with reimbursement needs to enable patient access.

You will partner with Brand, MVPH, HEOR, and Medical teams to shape coverage policy and value messaging, while leveraging AI tools to accelerate insights and materials development. This role emphasizes U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience in payer strategy, medical-benefit reimbursement, and health policy.
• Ability to synthesize clinical, economic, and payer data into payer value messaging.
• Strong ability to influence cross-functional partners in a matrixed org.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute payer value strategies for UPLIZNA and Oncology assets.
• Understand medical policy, prior authorization, and reimbursement dynamics for physician-administered therapies.
• Lead RWE workstreams and contribute to study design to defend coverage.
• Translate evidence into payer value narratives for customer engagement.
• Prepare for payer and health-system engagements with policy analysis and value messaging.
• Create payer-facing resources and training materials.
• Lead teams through compliance and approvals for value resources.
• Identify AI-enabled use cases to improve efficiency while maintaining quality.
• Manage agencies, timelines, and budgets for high-value opportunities.
• Travel 5–10% may be required.
