  • Lead U.S. payer-relevant RWE workstreams with HEOR, CfOR, Medical, Brand, and Insights; contribute payer perspective to study design and objectives to defend coverage, improve quality of coverage, and support appropriate patient identification and treatment.
  • Translate clinical, pharmacoeconomic, real-world, and population-level evidence into differentiated payer value narratives and actionable implications for customer engagement.
  • Identify payer evidence gaps and emerging customer needs and bring clear recommendations into cross-functional evidence-generation and brand-planning discussions.
  • Partner with Market Access and MVPH colleagues to prepare for priority payer and health-system engagements, including customer-specific policy analysis, value messaging, objection handling, and strategic discussion support.
  • Develop and execute payer-facing resources, including payer core visual aids (CVAs), economic tools, RWE communications, health care economic information (HCEI) and pre-approval information exchange (PIE) resources where appropriate, payer FAQs, training guides, burden-of-disease resources, and customer-specific materials.
  • Lead materials through the Materials Approval and Compliance process and effectively train and support customer-facing teams on approved value resources.
  • Leverage approved AI tools to accelerate payer policy review, insight synthesis, evidence assessment, strategic development, content creation, and project execution while maintaining appropriate human judgment and quality control.
  • Identify and share new AI-enabled use cases that improve the efficiency or quality of Value Strategy & Marketing work, while adhering to company policies, data privacy, compliance, and review requirements.
