Job summary

Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a Data & Reporting Specialist to support the EHE Value Optimization (VO) team. You will manage savings data, build dashboards, and coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate booking of technical savings.

Strong data-analysis and visualization skills are essential. In this role you will collaborate with engineering, program teams, and Finance to track savings, produce weekly and executive reports, and drive process improvements through

Responsibilities

Track EHE savings for Ecotech and EcoMkt initiatives across vehicle programs.
Prepare weekly, global, and executive management savings reports detailing forecasts, variances, risks, and implementation status.
Develop interactive dashboards and visual reports using advanced analytics tools.
Represent the EHE VO team in program updates and value-optimization meetings.
Coordinate with Finance to validate, trace, and officially book technical savings.
Maintain EHE data and activities within the TCR system.
Review cost notices and drifts; assign to the correct team; classify as technical or non-technical.
Resolve complex savings and data discrepancies between engineering and Finance.
Support TCR users and train new team members on process and tool execution.
Continuously improve reporting efficiency through automation and standardization.
