Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, project management and business case development skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to evaluate cost, risk, and operational tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and lead value engineering initiatives to reduce cost of goods while maintaining quality and brand standards.
• Partner with Procurement, Product Development, Manufacturing, Finance, Operations, and Brand teams to evaluate and implement cost optimization opportunities.
• Develop financial models, business cases, and value engineering roadmaps to support strategic sourcing and cost reduction.
• Analyze manufacturing processes, ingredient sourcing, and supply chain opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Drive cross-functional projects from concept through implementation, reporting progress and risks to leaders.
