Role Responsibilities:

As a Value Engineer , you will be at the forefront oftransforming customer challenges into scalable, AI-powered solutions. You’llwork closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering torapidly prototype and deliver impactful solutions that drive measurablebusiness outcomes.

This is a technical and customer-facing role that requires a unique blend of AIfluency, creativity, and business acumen.

Business Requirements Development

• Understandcustomer’s business, their current KPIs and processes and identifyopportunities for automation and new operational metrics arising out ofshipment and asset monitoring.
• Createsynthetic data to develop mockups and AI driven solution frameworks on howthe solution will deliver operational excellence by simulating real worldscenarios You will work with the customer and the sales & accountmanagement team to get customer buy in.
• This willinclude hosting customer workshops, proposal development, ROI assessmentsand show and tell

Technical Collaboration

• Script,automate, and visualize data to tell compelling stories to both technical andbusiness audiences
• Work with solution and platform engineering teamto translate the solution frameworks development into deployable solution usingout-of-the box solution templates and apps.
• Improve and enrich platform functionality byproviding new use cases and business context to product roadmap
• Develop solution wire frames and visuals to aiduser experience and get buy in

Customer Support

• Provide post deployment solution support andaddress all support tickets
• Build internaltools tomonitor and improve customer solution health.

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

Education: BS or MS in any one or more streams such as Supply ChainManagement, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Logistics &Transportation Management, Applied Statistics, Manufacturing SystemsEngineering.

Work Permit: Should be authorized to work in USor India.

Industry Experience: 1–4 years of hands‑onexperience or project work in areas such as supply chain operations, logisticsoptimization, manufacturing analytics, or data visualization. Exposure to real‑world problem‑solving using data, AI, or digital tools—such as improvingdelivery performance, optimizing inventory turns, or building dashboards—ishighly valued. Curiosity about how technology transforms physical operations isessential.

Preferred Skillsets: Tools like Figma, Power BI,Advanced Excel, any type of scripting, advanced prompt development for LLMs,tinkering with new tools and technology.
