Rhode Island Primary Care Physician’s Corporation is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our growing, physician‑led medical group delivering high‑quality, value‑based care in a fully outpatient setting. You will care for a diverse patient population across the full lifespan, working with a collaborative team and leveraging modern care models and technology to focus on patient outcomes.

You’ll see 16–20 patients daily in a 100% outpatient environment, document care in the EMR, and

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Rhode Island medical license or be eligible to obtain one.
• Commitment to patient-centered, value-based care.
• Strong clinical judgment and collaboration skills.
• Interest in quality improvement and population health initiatives (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the full lifespan.
• See 16–20 patients per day in a 100% outpatient setting.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with value-based care principles.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and care teams to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
• Manage an assigned patient panel, including preventive care and chronic disease management.
• Participate in care coordination and quality improvement initiatives.
• Utilize EMR to document care and manage patient records.
• Incorporate in-office procedures based on experience and interest (optional).
• Provide after-hours call coverage for your patient panel (shared model may be available).
• Engage in team-based care and contribute to a supportive, collaborative practice environment.
