Job summary

Seasoned Recruitment in Los Angeles seeks a licensed physician (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics) to lead senior care with a home-centric approach. You’ll craft comprehensive care plans and work within an IDT to improve outcomes for elderly patients.

The role offers a predictable M-F, 8 AM–5 PM schedule, substantial paid leave, and opportunities for medical leadership as you grow toward Medical Directorship.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physician with board certification/eligibility in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatrics.
• Compassionate, patient-centered care and strong communication.
• Willingness to practice in a value-based, home-focused senior care model.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical evaluations and medical decision-making for seniors.
• Lead holistic care plans with an interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate transitions and long-term placement within Medicare/Medi-Cal frameworks.
• Advocate for patients and families within the care setting.
