Job summary

Prosperity Placement Solutions seeks a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician for a full-time outpatient role in the Raleigh, NC area. Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active or eligible North Carolina medical license.
• Active DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adults, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.
• Diagnose and treat conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia.
• Develop individualized prevention-focused treatment plans and long-term wellness strategies.
• Perform annual wellness visits, routine physicals, and age-appropriate screenings.
• Coordinate care with specialists and other providers to ensure continuity of care.
