Job summary

CVS Health in Hartford, CT is seeking a Value Based Implementation Analyst to support implementation and administration of Value Based Contracting (VBC) agreements. You will manage a portfolio of markets, track incentive payments, reconcile requests and report to support complex requirements.

You will work with negotiators, Network managers, and Value Based partners to ensure commitments, administer incentives and contribute to pre-deal evaluation and process improvements across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 1+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with financial analysis and/or administrative claims data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support local market network teams on implementation and administration of Value Based Contracting (VBC) agreements.
• Track and reconcile incentive payments and generate reports to support complex requirements.
• Collaborate with negotiators, Network managers, and Value Based partners to meet contractual commitments and improve processes.
