Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/Master’s preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare quality, population health, or value-based care.
• Familiarity with EMR reporting tools (Epic) and HCC coding.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support bundled payment program implementation and management across service lines.
• Monitor performance metrics (cost, utilization, quality) and improve episode outcomes.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and analytics teams to drive standardized workflows.
• Provide reporting and insights to inform contracts and improvement opportunities.
