Job summary

CVS Health in Woonsocket, RI is seeking a Manager of Value Based Care Analytics to oversee the administration, governance, and ongoing enhancement of VBC reporting solutions supporting plan sponsor relationships and business objectives.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with analytics, business, and technology teams, educate stakeholders, address data issues, and drive improvements in reporting processes and analytic capabilities to demonstrate value to customers.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, provider performance measurement, business intelligence, and reporting methodologies.
5+ years of advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Own VBC reporting administration, governance, and enablement.
Serve as SME and internal consultant for VBC reporting solutions, capabilities, and report availability.
Collaborate across analytics, business, and technology teams to deliver reporting needs and drive process improvements.
Lead stakeholder education, training, and support to increase adoption and effective utilization of reports and analytics tools.
Investigate and resolve data integrity, reporting, and operational issues with end users and partners.
Coordinate reporting-related activities across multiple stakeholder groups for operational excellence.
Contribute to development and enhancement of reporting solutions and analytic capabilities to demonstrate VBC value.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and stakeholder experience.
