Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in manufacturing, packaging, or production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and prints.
• Basic computer skills; ERP exposure preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple jobs in a fast-paced, high‑mix environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee value-add operations including stamping, marking, etching, bonding, assemblies, and labeling.
• Ensure work complies with router instructions, prints, and customer specs (MIL, aerospace, etc.).
• Coordinate daily workload based on shipping schedule and hot jobs to maximize throughput.
• Learn and support ERP system usage; track status, maintain records, support improvements.
• Lead on the floor when Manager is unavailable and train new employees on packaging methods and work instructions.
