Job summary

Revantage, a Blackstone portfolio company, is seeking a rising junior for a 10-week Valuations Intern program based in Dallas. You will learn portfolio analytics fundamentals and valuations while experiencing Revantage's collaborative culture.

You'll deliver portfolio analytics summaries, prepare investment summaries for Blackstone and Revantage teams, and gather market data on recent sales and market conditions. The internship runs June–August 2027 and requires enrollment as a college student.

Qualifications

• Current junior undergraduate student at a four-year institution.
• Pursuing a degree in finance or business with a concentration in Real Estate.
• Minimum 3.2 GPA.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
• Ability to work in Dallas in a full-time capacity for 10 weeks, beginning in June 2027.

Responsibilities

• Deliver portfolio analytics summaries and property-level performance reporting to Blackstone and portfolio company management teams.
• Prepare presentations and investment summaries for Blackstone, Revantage, and portfolio company management teams.
• Gather and report on market intelligence including recent sales data and prevailing market conditions.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly and/or quarterly property valuation models and portfolio analytics for various asset classes.
• Review third-party reports, market studies and other pertinent real estate documents with the goal of abstracting relevant and actionable data for valuations.
• Provide analytical and valuation support for property investments, including preparing leasing, operating, capital and financing analyses.
