A private capital ecosystem company is seeking Certified Valuations Analysts. This role is designed for qualified finance professionals operating as independent contractors. Analysts have access to paid work based on their Rating Score and can earn between $50 to $200 per hour. Successful candidates will perform various valuation analyses for clients, building a credible track record while accessing real transaction-driven work and immediate earning potential upon verification.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of valuation and deal experience for Senior Valuations Analyst.
• 3–5 years of hands-on valuation or transaction support experience for Lead Valuations Analyst.
• Entry to mid-level analysts for Valuations Analyst / Associate.

Responsibilities

• Perform Discounted Cash Flow analysis.
• Conduct public comparable company analysis.
• Execute precedent transaction analysis.
