What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Determine pricing strategies to maximize ROI for acquired properties and manage turnaround times for dispositions
- Collaborate with Sales and Construction Departments on pricing decisions and overall construction strategy
- Accurately value properties across the entire U.S. and ensure all valuations meet quality standards
- Meet turnaround objectives for valuations to minimize time properties spend on the market
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively to support company goals
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential property valuations/underwriting
- Appraisal license or completion of all appraisal coursework preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong computer skills and ability to quickly adapt to new technology
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
