Job description

Title: Valuation Support Customer Success Agent

Location: Remote Canada

Reports To: Customer Success Supervisor

The Role:

Providing support over the phone and email for valuation services customers, consumers, and internal teams at JD Power.

The Impact You Will Have in This Role:

You will provide front-line support and represent JD Power vehicle valuations.

What You'll Be Doing in This Role:

  • Answer inbound phone inquiries and provide support and sales information to current and potential customers.
  • Answer inbound email inquiries and provide support and sales information to current and potential customers.
  • Support valuation services team members and internal JD Power teams.
  • No weekends. Shift 9:30am-6:00pm EST; during training 8:15am-6:15pm EST. Availability required for an 8-hour shift.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing/service-oriented role.
  • Experience with inbound calls or response emails.
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service and sales support for JD Power vehicle valuation customers.
  • Knowledge of MS Teams & MS Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Contact center or inbound call center experience.
  • Knowledge or passion for vehicles.
