Colliers International in Washington, DC seeks a Valuation Services Director to deliver top-tier valuation and advisory services. You will originate new clients, manage multi-geography teams, allocate assignments, and supervise trainees while preparing financial analyses for diverse clients including corporate, REITs, pension funds, and lenders.
You will apply DCF, Sales Comparison, Cost, and Highest & Best Use valuation approaches, review market data, and present findings clearly to clients.

This position is a hybrid role based out of the local officeAs a Valuation Services Director, you will perform top-tier valuation services to obtain new and retain top clients. You will manage and provide the highest-quality valuation and advisory solutions to our clients by leveraging the Company’s full platform of services. Each day, you will promote and advocate Colliers’ brand in the local market, articulating its value through superior customer service to its clients.
Approximate Compensation for this Role: Annual salary range: 100% commission-based compensation
