Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• One to two years of accounting or corporate finance experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• A dependable work ethic, personal integrity, and attention to detail.
• Interest in pursuing a professional designation such as ASA or CFA.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build valuation models and financial analyses, including discounted cash flow models and public company comparisons.
• Prepare valuation reports, presentations, and client deliverables that communicate findings clearly and accurately.
• Analyze privately held and publicly traded companies to gain insight into business performance and value drivers.
• Interview business owners and CFOs to understand operations, performance, and growth prospects.
• Work with Directors and Managing Directors on due diligence and presenting valuation conclusions.
• Support projects involving purchase price allocations, investment portfolio and fund valuations, and ESOPs.
• Own analyses and manage deadlines balancing multiple priorities in a team environment.
• Develop relationships through conferences, webinars, and industry organizations.
