Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 1–2 years of accounting or corporate finance experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Interest in professional designation such as ASA or CFA.
• Travel ~10% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build valuation models and financial analyses, including discounted cash flow and comps.
• Prepare valuation reports and client deliverables.
• Analyze privately held and public companies to understand drivers of value.
• Participate in interviews with business owners and CFOs.
• Collaborate with Directors and Managing Directors on engagements.
• Support projects involving purchase price allocations, fund valuations, and ESOPs.
