Job summary

Ideal candidates are pursuing Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related degrees, with a 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or above preferred.
• Interest in pursuing advanced degree and/or certification (MBA, MS, ASA, ABV, CFA).
• Strong Excel skills required; experience working with financial models is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with practice leadership to complete valuation engagements including enterprise, debt, equity, and intangible asset valuations.
• Perform business enterprise and debt valuation engagements for clients using standard methodologies.
• Analyze historical financial and operating results to explain business trends and identify risks.
• Assist in the development of discount rates (WACC) and prepare valuation reports.
