Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Cumulative GPA 3.0/4.0 or above preferred.
• Interest in pursuing advanced degree and/or certification (MBA, MS, ASA, ABV, CFA).
• Strong Excel skills required; experience with financial models is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with practice leadership to complete valuation engagements for private equity, alternative asset managers, and others.
• Perform enterprise and debt valuation engagements using DCF, comps and public-company methods.
• Analyze portfolio company audit results, working capital, cash flow, and financial covenants.
• Perform purchase price allocations for financial reporting and/or tax purposes under US GAAP.
• Analyze historical financial and operating results to explain trends and risks.
• Assist in development of discount rates (WACC) and conduct financial statement analysis.
