The ideal candidate has a finance/accounting background, strong analytical skills, and is eligible to work in the United States. Travel may be required as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field required.
• CFA, ASA, CVA or ABV candidacy a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of valuation analyses and reports for financial reporting, tax compliance, transaction, and advisory purposes.
• Perform valuations of business enterprises, equity interests, assets, and liabilities.
• Develop valuation models using income, market, and asset-based approaches.
• Analyze financial statements, historical performance, forecasts, and other financial and operational data.
• Prepare client-ready valuation documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with clients and engagement teams to gather, organize, and evaluate information required to complete valuation analyses.
