• Perform valuations of businesses, equity interests, assets and liabilities
• Develop valuation models using income, market and asset-based approaches
• Analyze financial statements, forecasts and other financial data
• Conduct industry and market research to support valuation conclusions
• Assist with valuation of complex financial instruments and ownership interests
