KSM is seeking an Analyst to contribute across its valuation practice, working directly with managers, directors and partners on financial analysis, modeling, and industry research. You will help prepare valuation reports and gain exposure to diverse industries, using valuation data resources and workflow tools for efficient delivery.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • 2–4 years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • Business valuation experience is a plus.
  • Pursuing ABV or CPA designation preferred.
  • Strong analytical, comprehension, and problem-solving skills; strong communication.

Responsibilities

  • Gather information for projects from KSM applications (e.g. DMS, Engagement).
  • Initial financial analysis and modeling for project lead.
  • Company and industry research for valuation purposes.
  • Prepare initial drafts of valuation reports.
  • Primary user of valuation data resources, both online and in print.
  • Maintain/workflow applications and data integrity.
