Qualifications

• 0-2 years’ work experience in a financial analysis role.
• Progress towards ASA, CFA, or ABV designations is a plus.
• Prior M&A experience at a valuation firm or public accounting firm is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on clients, competitors, industry and capital markets.
• Build, modify and utilize financial models for valuation.
• Assist in preparing formal client reports and presentation materials.
• Gather and document pertinent data through client interaction.
• Assist in valuation assignments across a wide range of industries.
