Job summary

Valley Farms Supply, a division of Headwater Companies, is seeking a team-oriented warehouse associate in the Lansing area. The role starts at 4am and runs until 1pm, with responsibilities including pulling stock, preparing invoices, receiving shipments, and maintaining inventory in our ERP system. Must assist with deliveries and customer service as needed.

Pay is $21.00 per hour for a full-time position with on-site work. We value safety, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• This position has a start time of 4am to 1pm, that is subject to change
• Maintain a clean, safe and efficient warehouse by ensuring stock is handled and dispositioned in an organized manner
• Prepare all shipments including pulling stock and preparation of invoices
• Receive all incoming shipments; including inspecting for damages and auditing for accuracy
• Put stock away in proper location after it has been received in the ERP system
• Assist in loading and unloading of trucks
• Assist with the maintenance of inventory control and cycle counts
• Assists with deliveries as needed
• Assists with customer service as needed
• Performs other related duties as needed
