Job summary

SMS InfoComm Corporation is seeking a Validation Operator in Grapevine, TX. The role involves inspecting and verifying customer devices within the Whole-Unit-Repair Depot, ensuring quality and accurate validation procedures.

The operator will scan, pick up, and ship validated systems, while collaborating with operations to address discrepancies and support the team in a fast-paced environment.

The Validation Operator is responsible for the inspection, and verification of various customer devices within the Whole-Unit-Repair Depot.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Daily Responsibilities

• Scan all repaired systems coming from QC & OBA into validation application.
• Pick up repaired systems awaiting being checked through validation application.
• Drop off systems to shipping after passing the validation check.
• Return systems to operations team if system fails in validation check.
• Cross support other operations in the event no systems available to be validated.

• Responsible for maintaining a positive work environment while supporting the company’s culture.

Working Conditions

Must be able to tolerate moderate to high noise levels. Individuals may need to walk for an extensive periods of time while working and walking the facility; will need to bend or stoop below the waist; repetitive wrist, hand, or finger movement.
