Minimum Qualifications / Skills

1. BS in Engineering or Associate degree with relevant work experience
2. 2+ years relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

1. Strong analytical, creative problem-solving capabilities
2. Experience in technical management of engine parts, repair, engine testing, engine assembly, and disassembly
3. Familiar with engine work instructions, part/assembly drawings, and materials lists
4. Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
5. Active security clearance preferred but not required
