Job summary

Metropolis Technologies, in partnership with SP+ Hospitality, seeks a Valet Supervisor for the Ritz-Carlton, Key Biscayne. You will lead a valet team and oversee daily shift operations in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

This role offers $14 per hour plus tips, meals on every shift, and SunPass reimbursement after 30 days. Candidates should have at least 6 months of guest service experience, a valid driver’s license, be 18+, and fluent in English.

Qualifications

• 6 months guest service experience or more is required.
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean record.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must communicate effectively in English (written and spoken).
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and oversee daily shift operations.
• Provide and guide the team to deliver 5-Star service to every guest.
• Ensure professionalism and total guest satisfaction.
• Enhance guest and associate well‑being for memorable experiences.
• Oversee shift flow and ensure proper functioning of the shift.
• Monitor policy compliance with Metropolis / SP+ Hospitality rules.
• Be the first point of contact for associates to resolve issues.
• Maintain quality control and safe operations.
• Assist high-profile guests and address service concerns on the spot.
• Ensure smooth operational flow of the parking facility.
