Job summary

Island Hospitality Management, LLC. is seeking a Valet Supervisor to ensure top-notch guest service by parking and retrieving vehicles. The role may require flexible scheduling to meet guest demand and operations.

The ideal candidate will manage valet staff, coordinate with guests, and maintain smooth flow in the parking area while upholding safety standards and care for guest belongings.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License and be 21 years of age.
• Direct guests, park and retrieve vehicles with courtesy.
• Open/close car doors and assist with luggage.
• Collect and label keys; organize daily paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests as first point of contact and provide superior service.
• Park/retrieve vehicles and direct traffic in the parking area.
• Ensure accurate labeling of guest keys and secure return.
• Support guests entering/leaving the parking facility.
• Maintain organization of paperwork for daily transactions.

Description

As a Valet Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting guests as the first point of contact and providing superior guest service by parking and retrieving vehicles.

This position may require flexible scheduling availability.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Must have a valid Driver's License and be 21 years of age
• Park and retrieve vehicles while providing great customer service
• Open and close car doors while assisting with luggage or other belongings
• Direct traffic in the parking area as needed and assist guests in entering and leaving the parking lot
• Collect and accurately label keys belonging to guests to ensure their proper return
• Organize and file paperwork regarding guests' vehicles and daily transactions

Job Qualifications:

• Knowledge of local roads and routes to area attractions and points of interest
• Having a proper, valid Driver's License and a clean driving record Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
• Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
• Ability to work well in stressful situations
• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The number of hours you will be scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing and other factors. Island Hospitality is unable to guarantee a specific number of work hours per week.
